Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) at the Daegu Dong-gu CNdong-gu, the Victim D to Internet Kakao Stockholm, an information and communications network;

2. The Defendant, at the same place as in the preceding paragraph, uses a cellular phone communications network to the victim D via an information and communications network:

(a) send text messages at around 01:35 on the same day, stating “I am to contact”;
