Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On June 2013, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s solid house business by force for about three hours every three hours, including: (a) at the “D” house operated by the victim C in 23:00 on June 2013, 201, when the Defendant was demanded by the victim C to pay the food value from the damaged person; (b) “Chacker”, and (c) took a desire to do so; (d) he did not comply with the demand to change the match; and (e) sits down and sound on the spot; and (e) obstructed the victim’s solid house business by force.

B. On February 8, 2015, the Defendant, at around 15:00, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about one hour, such as by: (a) in the “G restaurant” operated by the victim F, who is in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan; (b) in order to demand the damaged person to pay KRW 15,000, the food value of the damaged person; and (c) in large voice, the Defendant provided a bath for a large amount of noise; and (d) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.

(c)

On March 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 10 minutes, including the Defendant’s refusal of payment, in the “J restaurant” operated by the victim I of the “J restaurant operated by Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si”. The Defendant, after drinking the 2 person of Samdae-si, the 1 soldier of the small city, was demanded to pay the food value from the above damaged person. The Defendant, alone, refused to leave and leave, despite the victim’s request.

(d)

On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) within the “M restaurant” operated by the victim L, which is located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) demanded the victim to pay the value of the beer and beer; and (c) demanded the victim to pay the value of the beer and beer; and (d) demanded the victim to pay the value of the beer and beer in large voice; and (e) continued to pay the charges, and did not refuse and pay the charges, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s house business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes.

E. On April 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the “P” Chinese house operated by the victim’sO located in Seocheon-si N, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and one story; (b) was demanded to pay the food cost from the above victim.
