A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Night theft of intrusion on vessels;
A. On June 20, 2018, at around 20:43, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that there was no around the ship anchored at the wharf of the west-dong fishing vessel; (b) opened a cooling house in the said vessel after intrusion on deck; and (c) laid down two drinking water in the amount of KRW 100,000 from rice equivalent to KRW 50,200 to KRW 2,000 from the victim D.
In addition, property amounting to 104,000 won was stolen.
B. On June 20, 201, at around 23:01, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that there was no around the ship anchored at the wharf of the west-dong fishing vessel via a Tong-dong vessel; (b) confirmed that there was no room around the vessel; and (c) opened a cooling house in the stern after intrusion on the deck of the said vessel; and (d) opened a ckm in the stern; and (e) cut 500ggs equivalent to KRW 20,000,000, totaled of KRW 20,000.
In addition, property amounting to KRW 30,000 was stolen.
2. Larceny;
A. On July 22, 2018, around 200:29, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim H in front of the first street of the operation of the Victim H located in the G market at Tong-si; (b) the victim’s market price, which was set up and located in the G market, was 50,000 won.
B. On July 22, 2018, around 200:31, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s room located in the G market in front of the K’s operation by the victim J; and (b) cut off the victim’s possession price of KRW 300,000.

On July 22, 2018, the Defendant discovered and stolen the objects containing a length of 350,000 won at the market price owned by the victim L, which is bound by log raft, at the landing site of the fishing vessel located in the west-dong at a speed of 20:17 on July 2, 2018.
