1. From KRW 1,612,520 to KRW 1,612,520 from the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall draw up a separate sheet among the second floor of the buildings listed in the separate sheet from February 1, 2015.

On December 27, 2013, the Plaintiff, on the second floor of the building indicated in the attached list, leased out to the Defendant the part of 74.75 square meters in the ship connected in sequence with each point (hereinafter “instant building”), among the second floor of the building indicated in the attached list, the Plaintiff set the lease period of two years from the contract date, the deposit amount of KRW 45 million (Plaintiff’s subsidy of KRW 42750,00 and Defendant’s charge of KRW 2250,00) and monthly rent of KRW 71,60.

The Defendant paid KRW 2,250,00 of the deposit to the Plaintiff immediately after the above contract was concluded, but the monthly rent was overdue since May 2014, and the overdue amount reached KRW 637,480 as of January 31, 2015.

Accordingly, the plaintiff terminated the above lease contract as the service of the complaint.

Therefore, the Defendant is obliged to deliver the instant building to the Plaintiff simultaneously with receiving the remaining money calculated by deducting the amount calculated at the rate of KRW 71,600 per month from February 1, 2015 to the completion date of delivery of the instant building from KRW 1,612,520 (Deposit 2,250,000, KRW 637,480 until January 31, 2015) to the Plaintiff.

2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
