1. The defendant,

A. 10,000,000 won to Plaintiff A;

B. Plaintiff B: KRW 8,000,000;

C. Plaintiff C shall be KRW 13,543,385 and each of them.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. 1) On March 27, 2012, the Plaintiffs are the accidents that collapseed with the above vision while inserting the burner equipment A/S work in the Bosian power plant and going up to the vision of the materials of Aluminium installed in the relevant place (hereinafter “instant accidents”).

(2) At the time of the instant accident, the Plaintiffs were hospitalized and treated for hospital treatment after suffering from the injury as indicated below, and received the disability grade as listed below after the treatment.

Article 57 (Disability Benefits) Article 57 (Disability Benefits) of the Industrial Accident Safety Compensation Compensation Act (Act No. 10-13 on March 27, 2012, 201 through September 15, 2012 (88 days of hospitalization, 85 days of entrance) (2) Disability benefits shall be disability compensation annuities or lump-sum disability compensation benefits prescribed in attached Table 2 according to the disability grade. However, the disability grade shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.

(1) The standards for disability grades under Article 57 (2) of the Act shall be as specified in attached Table 6.
