1. The defendant is the owner of the building report as stated in attached Form 2, and the permission for diversion of farmland as stated in attached Form 2.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the instant land on the ground of sale by voluntary auction on July 14, 2014, at the auction procedure (hereinafter “instant auction”) with respect to each parcel of land listed in the [Attachment 1] List, which was owned by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant land”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 22, 2014.

B. At the time of the auction of this case, the Defendant continued to perform the basic construction of the building in the instant land with the permission for construction, permission for diversion of farmland, and permission for development as stated in attached Table 2. The Defendant was in the condition that the floor structure of the building (hereinafter “instant structure”) remains.
