A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a crime of violating road traffic law at the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and was sentenced to a summary order of one million won or more for the same crime in the same court on July 20, 2007.

On November 05, 2017, at around 10:40, the Defendant driven B-low-water vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.177% in the section of approximately 1.7km from the 11rwelth to the 183rd west-ro of the same new cancer in front of the 24-lane 11 Ruswelth, Ga, Daegu-gu New Cancer, Daegu-ro, 2017.

As a result, the defendant was punished for drinking more than twice, and driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
