A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime in the same court on November 29, 2010.
