Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Sung-nam branch of Suwon District Court on August 29, 2006, was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime in the same court on May 18, 2010, and on May 23, 2014, was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months and for two years of suspension of execution for the same crime in the same court on May 31, 2014, and is currently under the grace period.

On July 28, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver's license on July 22, 2015, was under influence of 0.132% of blood alcohol concentration in Gwangju City without a driver's license on July 28, 2015.
