Punishment of the crime

Although the principal cannot be found within six months, it is false that the principal will be returned only once a month after the expiration of the period.

However, the Defendant did not have invested the victim's money in the lending business of a small father. However, the Defendant thought that the Defendant borrowed money from the victim for his own multi-level business expenses, entertainment expenses, etc. from the victim and used the money for his own multi-level business expenses, etc., and received money from other people for the purpose of re-investment, and paid interest to the victim with this money. Therefore, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to repay the principal to the victim under the circumstance where there was no specific property in the name of the Defendant.

Nevertheless, on March 11, 2015, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 9,920,000 from the Saemaul Treasury account (Account Number: M) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and acquired the money by transfer of KRW 329,50,000 in total from March 11, 2015 to July 14, 2015.

2. On March 12, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Defendant would use a card and pay in full if he/she lends it to a third party, because he/she is unable to obtain a credit card under his/her name.”

However, as stated in paragraph 1, the Defendant borrowed money from the damaged person for the purpose of lending business, such as his/her multi-stage business expenses, entertainment expenses, etc.
