A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In October 2014, the Defendant displayed a public property transaction agreement with the victim C on the “33,818 square meters of land E cemetery in the city of common use” owned by the Defendant to the victim C, which is located in the city of Ansan-si (U.S.). The Defendant decided to purchase the land in the name of the Plaintiff D, which is a registry director, in the name of the Republic of Korea (U.S.).

After purchasing and developing land, there are many profits.

On December 30, 2014, in the G real estate operated by the Defendant F in Ansan-si, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 180 million from the G real estate operated by the Defendant F, and the ownership transfer registration for KRW 10 million will be made. If the registration of ownership transfer is not possible, the Plaintiff will pay KRW 360,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, within one year.

1. A registration shall be made in the number of shares of 10 per share in the 33,818 square meters of the wife population E 33,818 square meters in the Gyeonggi-do land (No. 1, 336 of the member-gu in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.

2. The repayment period shall be one year, and a repayment shall be made for 360,000 million won in a double-amount ( 360,000,000).
