A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on January 16, 2019, as a person eligible for call-up for military education of social work personnel, did not directly receive a notice of call-up for military education in the name of the head of the Incheon Military Manpower Office in the Army Training Center located in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on February 14, 2019 from the date of call-up, and did not comply with the call even after three days from the date of call-up without justifiable grounds.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

The defendant of "2019 Man-Ma3018" is a social work personnel member serving in the Bupyeong-gu Office E of Bupyeong-gu in Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 168, as Bupyeong-gu.

Social work personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant is from March 19, 2019 to March 22, 2019, from March 25, 2019 to March 29 of the same month, and from April 1, 2019 to the same month.
