Punishment of the crime

around 17:08 on April 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought a kitchen kitchen (18cm in length, 30cm in total) from the victim E (45 years) to the “D Hospital” located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) around 17:08; and (b) taken a kitchen and 30cm in the kitchen (18cm in length, 30cm in total) and took a bath, “I am dead, I am spons, and am dead,” and threatened the victim with dangerous things.
