Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Changwon District Court’s territorial branch on March 31, 2017.

On October 5, 2019, around 05:10 on October 5, 2019, the Defendant driven C K3 cars with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.14% from the 10-meter section of approximately 10 kilometers from the front of the cafeteria-dong, Changwon-si to the front road in the Jinhae-gu B.
