The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On June 14, 2015, at around 03:44, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.152% at the 3km section from the Seocho Park to the front of the police station in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul National Assembly.
