Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year by the Changwon District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 15, 2014.

The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million and imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on December 14, 2006 due to the crimes of violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the Changwon District Court on January 17, 2008 and the crimes of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on July 17, 2009.

On December 6, 2013, at around 01:50 on December 6, 2013, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven the above vehicle with approximately 1 km from the front on the street to the front on the street of the Masan-si Soakdong, Changwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, a dry field, regardless of whether the Defendant had a blood alcohol content of 0.080%.
