Punishment of the crime

No one shall deliver, sell, forge, imitate, or possess a trademark identical or similar to another person's registered trademark for the purpose of using or making another person use such trademark on goods identical or similar to the designated goods.

Nevertheless, around December 2, 2016, the Defendant sold KRW 319,90,00 from that time to January 9, 2017, a total of 11,000 won for fake women, such as the attached list of crimes, by selling KRW 3,297,840, a total of 111 points for fake women, from that time, to January 9, 2017, a trademark of “DESE” (trademark registration number: 066230) registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (trademark No. 0066230) registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office in Korea, which is identical or similar to the trademark registration number, to the trademark of the said trademark owner.
