1. On January 25, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 01:40, Jan. 25, 2019, at the main point of “E” management of the victim D Management of the victim’s building B in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, and the facts are as follows: (a) as if the Defendant were to pay the alcohol value to the victim without any intent or ability to pay the alcohol value because of the lack of money in water; and (b) ordered the victim to pay alcohol

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained the victim a total of 1,120,000 won, such as two-way four diseases, from the victim, and acquired it by deception.

2. On January 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on January 29, 2019, at the main point of “H” of the victim G operation on the second floor of the F building in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) as if he would pay the alcohol value, and ordered alcohol and alcohol as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1).

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained the victim a total of 4.20,000 won, including the two soldiers, from the victim, and acquired it by deception.

On January 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 19:50 on January 25, 2019, at the point of “K” operated by the victim J on the third floor of the I building in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) in fact, despite that there is no money in water and there is no intention or ability to pay the alcohol value, the Defendant would be able to pay the alcohol value properly; and (c) ordered the victim to provide alcohol and alcohol.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained the victim a total of 520,000 won, including the two soldiers, from the victim, and acquired it by deception.
