1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,779,299 and the interest rate of KRW 10% per annum from September 9, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. On June 4, 2018, the Defendant agreed to pay to the Plaintiff the borrowed amount of KRW 55,779,299 up to June 18, 2018. The Defendant made an agreement with the Defendant to pay damages for delay at the rate of KRW 55,779,299 per annum within the statutory interest rate of 10% per annum from the day following the delivery of the application for modification of the purport of the claim to the Defendant to the day of full payment.
