A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The excessive one (No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Criminal facts

At around 01:30 on February 7, 2014, the Defendant, while drinking mixed alcohol in the “D” restaurant located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim E (the 33 years of age), who was drinking alcohol on the side of the instant restaurant, by taking the victim E’s h’s bath while taking the victim E’s h’s bath, etc.; (b) caused the victim E to put the h’s walk; and (c) caused the Defendant to f(the 27 years of age) f(the f(the f7 years of age) of the victim E to d’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s bage.

At around 02:10 on the same day, the Defendant discovered the victim F, E, H (38 years of age) and I (32 years of age) who had been sent a part of the day to the taxi in front of the above restaurant, and subsequently completed two times the part of the victim F, etc. in excess of the victim F, followed by the victim F, and brought the victim E, who was in possession of the latter part of the victim F, up to two times. Accordingly, the defendant attempted to murder the victim F, H, and I, and carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim E.
