A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, Defendant B's imprisonment with prison labor of eight months, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 20, 2016, Defendant A arranged a commercial sex act by having a male customer, who was found in the said “E”, install an ancillary facility, such as a bed, and receive KRW 180,00 from a male customer in the name of the non-titled male, receive KRW 180,00,00 and arrange sexual intercourse between January 27, 2015 and December 20, 2016.

2. From January 27, 2015 to December 20:30, 2016, Defendant B: (a) knew of the fact that A employed female employees and engaged in the business of arranging sexual traffic in the “E” as indicated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that he/she had engaged in the business of arranging sexual traffic, received KRW 2.5 million per month from A in return for the registration, etc. of the massage practice place from A around January 2015; (b) registered the massage practice place in the name of the Defendant; and (c) managed the massage of the said business place; and (d) assisted and assisted the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. by facilitating the said crime.

3. On September 5, 2016, from around December 201, 201 to around December 20:30, Defendant C assisted the act, such as arranging sexual traffic, by facilitating the commission of sexual traffic, by allowing male customers who have engaged in sexual conduct to receive a payment from the male customers who have engaged in sexual conduct to assist them with the employment of female workers and engaging in sexual traffic intermediary business as stated in paragraph (1).
