Punishment of the crime

[Criminal facts] Defendant 2:
1. On December 30, 2015, around 11:00, the victim D, located in Chungcheong City, had the entrance locking device installed around the house and damaged it, and then invaded into the house to bring 350,000 won in cash owned by the victim on a audio-visual basis;
