Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2013, at around 12:52, the Defendant sought a question about the assault case from the C District District located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, but did not return back to the Republic of Korea, and the police officers were frighted within the District, did not fright, and tried to look at the documents above on the books of D in the circumstances where the Defendant reported his duties, and obstructed D’s legitimate execution of official duties by assaulting D by means of spreading water to D who was subject to the request from D.
