Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 2422] On October 26, 2009, the Defendant found the “E” restaurant for the victim’s D operation in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on October 26, 2009, upon the victim’s request to do so, the Defendant stolen the victim with cash and banking an amount of KRW 1,3750,000 in total over 16 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table No. 166, as the victim’s possession, in order to purchase beer.

1. On October 20, 2015, around 17:30 on October 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim on the first floor of the F Apartment Building in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim, the victim took advantage of the gap in which the victim was temporarily set up in order to arrange the restaurant in front of the restaurant; and (c) at the victim’s house kept under the above restaurant accounting unit, the Defendant stolen one of the market non-verification colors, including approximately KRW 30,000,000, lot cards, one credit card, one national debit card, one new debit card, one 1, 18k gold-s, and one identification card.
2. On March 2, 2016, around 18:40 on March 2, 2016, at the “K” restaurant operated by the victim J in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gap in which the victim temporarily kids in order to do so in the main room; (b) took advantage of the gap in cash within the victim’s handbags kept under the above restaurant accounting team, each of the 10,000 won, the credit card of the new bank and the physical check; and (c) one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, and one, and one, one, one, one, and one, one, the market price of the Korean bank OPT equipment.
3. The Defendant, from April 11, 2016 to 16:50 on the same day, using the cresh in order for the victim to see in the “Ncafeteria” of the victim M management in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, and using the cresh in order for the victim to see in the main room.
