A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on August 26, 2016, driven a vehicle with C low typ typ, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the cancer elementary school, even though it was located at the Dom 1140 Dom Dom Dom-ri 1140 in the south Jinnam-gun, without a driver’s license, around August 26, 2016.

2. A crime committed on October 18, 2016;

A.
