Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2017, at around 22:45, the Defendant reported to the effect that “the drinking fighting fighting has occurred” at C restaurant located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and received 112 reports, and sent out to E, a police officer belonging to the Incheon Southern Police Station D police station, which caused the Defendant to bring about the Defendant’s opposition to the Defendant. As such, although the Defendant requested to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender, it is difficult for the Defendant to arrest the Defendant as the current offender.
