Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2018, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net fishing support.

On December 28, 2019, at around 04:10, the Defendant driven a ice car with approximately 100 meters alcohol concentration 0.159% under the influence of alcohol, from the section of approximately 100 meters, from the front of the road located in C, to the front of the road located in C.
