When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2008, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in Busan District Court's branch court's Busan District Court's on June 5, 2008, and on September 29, 2008, a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act was issued by Busan District Court's Busan District Court's on September 29, 2008.

At around 02:00 on September 16, 2014, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.079% from the section of approximately 3 km up to the front road of the upstream-dong, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, to the chill road in front of the fluence station.
