Punishment of the crime

At around 19:00 on February 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the victim’s back to the face of the victim E (year 42, South) and knenee, kneeeeeee, knee, knee, knee, a small-scale knife in the Dsports Center C’s indoor golf driving range, in which the Defendant had a conversation with respect to his/her business in relation to his/her business.
