2. Basic facts

A. According to the forest ledger of the F of the Chungcheongnam-gun, the state (state) was transferred on June 9, 193 to the name (D, J, K, L, M, N, P, P, Q, Q, Q, Q, R, T, T, U, V, W, X, 17) of the defendant, on June 27, 1931.
