A is a certified broker operating A's office, and Defendant B is a brokerage assistant of D's office, the victim E is a person who owns land equivalent to the highest class F 7,000 square meters, and the victim G is a person who purchased the above land and tried to implement solar projects.
1. During the process of mediating a sales contract between E and the purchaser of the land located in a high place and G, the Defendants conspired to pay the balance of the land located in a high place inside the said part by receiving money from the damaged party as a down payment, as the remaining payment date of the land located in the safe location that the Defendants purchased, even though the remaining payment date of the land purchased by the Defendants arrives.

D. The phrase “G.” made a false statement.
However, the Defendants did not have any intention or ability to pay 20 million won to E as a down payment even if the victim remitted 20 million won to E as a provisional contract payment for the above high-end land located in the seller E.
Nevertheless, around January 5, 2017, the Defendants conspired to induce the victim and then transferred KRW 20 million to the Defendant’s account in the name of the Defendant’s name as down payment to the victim.
2. The defrauded Defendants against the victim E on February 15, 2017: (a) around 15, 2017 between the victim E and G, the land located in the said ancient space was 56.6 billion.
