1. Basic facts

A. (1) From 2006 to 2006, the D Urban Development Project was promoted with the Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Urban Development Zone as an urban development zone, and the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor designated the SH Corporation as the implementer and announced the designation and development plan of D Urban Development Zone around June 28, 2007. (2) According to the notice of relocation measures for D Urban Development Zone ( November 6, 2008), SH Corporation granted the right to receive housing sales price or commercial shares of not more than 16.5m2 under certain conditions as a means of living for those who engaged in livestock industry, such as mass clubs, within the development zone from February 26, 2007, on the date of public inspection announcement for the designation of the development zone.

B.
