Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 16, 2020, from around 09:43 to 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant, who interfered with the business, did not timely abide by the promise to settle the accounts of the goods transferred in the process of transferring the business place from Jung-gu Seoul to Jung-gu, Seoul, and did not sell defective goods to the victim D.
Accordingly, the Defendant visited the victim at the business place of the victimized person jointly with E to capture “I are sold and sold” to the victim, or to take photographs when the goods are taken out, or to interfere with the sale and purchase of the goods by “Isk and Mask” to the customers, or to make them back again within the same time.
Along seven hours of time with strict spoking, the victim spokeed in a narrow office and spokeed with such words as above, and exercised power.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the normal sale of the victim jointly with E.
2. On July 16, 2020, the Defendant and E waiting from around 10:00 to around 13:00 of the same day to refrain from selling the goods at the location under Paragraph 1, and the victim asked the victim to leave from selling the goods and refusing to comply with the victim's demand to leave.
