1. As to KRW 207,478,100 among the Plaintiff and KRW 187,478,100 among them, the Defendant shall annually year from September 18, 2015 to June 28, 2019.

1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim(s) and “the changed cause of claim(s).”

The part dismissing part of March of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of this Act (Unwritten Proceedings) is claiming 13% interest per annum from the day after the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint to the day after the delivery date of the copy of the complaint. However, in accordance with Article 3(1) main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings and Article 3(1) main text of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 of May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019), the statutory interest rate for delay damages after the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint is 12%, and thus, the part demanding payment of delay damages calculated at the rate exceeding 12% per annum

However, by applying Article 98 and the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant in its entirety as set forth in the Disposition.
