1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff’s KRW 105,00,000 with interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 8, 2015 to the date of full payment.

As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. of Partial Dismissal of Claims for Damages for Delay enter into force on September 25, 2015, it is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
