1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 199,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from May 29, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (a judgment made by a person who is deemed as a confession: Defendant B was served with a duplicate of the complaint and was not present on the date of pleading, and Defendant C was present on October 25, 2018, and stated to the effect that on October 25, 2018, Defendant C was liable to pay the Plaintiff 199,000,000 won and damages for delay thereof).
