Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a three-dimensional passenger vehicle.
A. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant was driving the foregoing vehicle under the influence of approximately 10km from the water industry road located in the Yandong in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the roads located in the same 709-dong of the same Gu with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.086%.
B. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dominated Vehicles) and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) have driven the above vehicle while drinking as above, and led the sexual IIC roads located in the fluoredong in Ansan-gu Busan Metropolitan City along the four-lane radius from the floodside to the Incheon Metropolitan bank;
Since there are many vehicles as industrial roads, in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to change the lane safely so that it does not interfere with the vehicle driving in advance and driving the direction in the same direction.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the FF (56 years of age, female) of the above SPP car volume, such as a light signboard disability accompanied by the GPP certificate, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and at the same time, escaped without any necessary measures, such as immediately stopping the above SP car amount to approximately KRW 697,90,00 of the repair cost, even though it damages to the sPP car volume and does not immediately stop to order the patient to rescue.
