The Plaintiff

A. Defendant B shall pay 120,944,745 won and 12% per annum from September 23, 2020 to the date of full payment.

Basic facts E (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) died on May 22, 2017.

As the inheritor of the deceased, there are children of F, G, H, and Defendant B, and the Plaintiff and I (the children of RJ of the deceased deceased on May 17, 2003).

On the other hand, Defendant C is the denial of F, and Defendant D is the denial of G.

The inherited portion of the deceased’s heir is as follows:

The Plaintiff, I: (a) on February 25, 2015, the deceased, each of 1/10 F, G, H, and Defendant B: (b) on February 25, 2015, registered the transfer of ownership on each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant real estate”; and (c) on an individual basis, on February 9, 2015, the registration of ownership was completed on February 9, 2015 for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

G filed a lawsuit against Defendant B on August 8, 2017 with Suwon District Court Branch Decision 2017Kadan54147, and on January 26, 2018, the conciliation was concluded that “Defendant B shall implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration on the one-eight share of each of the instant real estate to G on October 19, 2017.”

Around June 2018, I and F made a statement of performance that “I will not raise any objection to it in the future as I received KRW 20 million from F and transferred 1/4 of each of the instant real estate to F, and thus I will not raise any objection to it.” (hereinafter “I”)

At the bottom of the performance angle, F's own signature, I's own signature, and the seal are written or sealed.

Defendant B, the F’s spouse on July 9, 2018, completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant real estate on July 3, 2018 to Defendant C with respect to 3/4 shares in each of the instant real estate, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant real estate to Defendant D, the spouse of G, based on a gift made on July 3, 2018.

The registration of transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant C and D with respect to each real estate described in paragraphs (1) through (6) shall be based on the cancellation of the agreement on the gift contract of August 29, 2018.
