In full view of all the reasons for sentencing presented by the lower court, the original judgment’s sentence is within the scope of the sentencing discretion assigned to the lower court, and it cannot be deemed that the said sentence is appropriate and too unreasonable.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion of unfair sentencing is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit.
