1. The Defendant’s KRW 85,453,408 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from April 23, 2016 to January 10, 2019.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. From December 2014, the Plaintiff was in the process of purchasing approximately KRW 30,00 square meters of the site for the construction of a used car sales business site in the Ansan-si Dri (hereinafter “Seong E”) from around the request of the Co., Ltd.
