1. The Defendant’s KRW 85,453,408 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from April 23, 2016 to January 10, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. From December 2014, the Plaintiff was in the process of purchasing approximately KRW 30,00 square meters of the site for the construction of a used car sales business site in the Ansan-si Dri (hereinafter “Seong E”) from around the request of the Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”), and was requested from F, the representative director of the Defendant, in March 2015, to help the Defendant purchase the prospective site in promoting the development project (hereinafter “instant development project”).

The letter of commitment (a service contract) itself is the name of G Licensed Real Estate Agent H H Plaintiff.

I promise to purchase apartment land at a price of KRW 200 million.

VAT included (service charges and consulting charges, brokerage fees) 1st March 23, 2015 (10%) the balance payment date (90%) 2nd March 23, 2015

B. On March 23, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a service contract with the following contents (hereinafter “the first service contract”), and the Defendant paid KRW 20,000,000 to the Plaintiff according to the said contract.

C. Thereafter, around March 2015, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with I and J on K, L, M total of 11,180 square meters (hereinafter “K and two parcels”) with respect to the same period of time with respect to N, O, P, Q, R, L, T, U, V, S, M,W, X, X, and Y total of 14,228 square meters (hereinafter “O and 11 parcels”), and entered into a sales contract with AA, AB, AC, and AC total of 6,60 square meters (hereinafter “A and two parcels”).

On April 2, 2015, the defendant is above the same time as he/she became aware of.

The private proposal on the designation of an urban development zone and the establishment of a development plan concerning 47,386 square meters among the 29 square meters of land in the 29 square meters in the Dori Unit, including the land indicated in the attached list, was received, as shown in the attached list, and the Masung-si announced the implementation plan for the "AE District Urban Development Project" as a AD announcement of the Masung-si on August 27, 2015 after consultation with the relevant department according to the defendant's above proposal.

E. In accordance with the Land Purchase Agreement with C around April 2015, the Plaintiff is not a “AF” nor a “AF” not exceeding a total of 11,19 square meters between C, I, and J.
