A. The Defendant concluded each sales contract with the Plaintiff and the Selection to sell the exclusive land and co-owned land in the Symnuri-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), each contract date for the sales contract, land subject to the contract, and the purchase price are as follows.

B. The main contents of the instant sales contract are as follows.
