1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 18, 2013 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Evidence A1 and the purport of the entire argument of the Plaintiff and the Defendant written on March 17, 2003, respectively, stating that “The Defendant shall make a reimbursement at the time of collection of the deposit for lease on a deposit basis with the security of three thousand won of the loan as well as the security of the deposit for lease on a deposit basis.”
2. The allegations by the parties and the judgment of this court
A. The plaintiff's claim for indemnity [the plaintiff's claim] asserted that the defendant would deposit the price of KRW 30 million with the Securities and Exchange Co., Ltd. until January 2, 2003, but the plaintiff did not deposit the price of KRW 30 million in lieu of the defendant, and that the defendant agreed to pay the above amount to the plaintiff.
[The defendant's counterclaim] The defendant asserts that he sold goods below an appropriate price while working as an employee of the lot system and the company to pay damages to the lot system and the company to pay damages to the company to which a lot system and the company to pay damages to the company to which the plaintiff would pay damages.

The Defendant deposited KRW 27 million in January 27, 2003, KRW 7 million in the Plaintiff’s bank account on January 29, 2003, KRW 7 million in the amount of KRW 37,725,738 in the Plaintiff’s account, and KRW 47,738 in the Securities and Exchange Co., Ltd., Ltd., and KRW 47,725,738 in the amount of money deposited by the Defendant to pay the remaining KRW 370,737,738,738 in the amount of money deposited by the Defendant.
