1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,113,532 as well as KRW 40,978,032 among them, from July 18, 2018.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, among the causes of the same claim, ‘creditor' is changed into ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' into ‘Defendant', respectively.

2. The judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendants merely raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, but did not submit a specific written response, and did not appear on the date of pleading. Therefore, all the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to confession in accordance with Article 150(9) of the Civil Procedure Act.
