1. Fraud against the victim B;

A. The Defendant is a person who was working at the construction site of the construction site of the sewage gas facility that was subcontracted by C Co., Ltd. with D, and the victim B is a person who supplied human resources at the construction site of E’s trade name.

B. On September 17, 2015, the Defendant, at the place described in the foregoing paragraph (a) at the same time, will repay all the money when he/she lends money to the victim B for his/her own needs to pay money.

Since the father is the president of the Red Cross, he/she shall settle the horse with his/her statement, and he/she shall receive money in excess of 100 million won, and he/she shall make a false statement to the effect that he/she will receive money.

However, the defendant does not have any special property at the time and money.
