When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2019, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a f-hurturn vehicle owned by the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.149%, from approximately 150 meters to the road front of the Estus in Sacheon-si B.
