Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 27, 2012, the Defendant purchased BM3 vehicles at the branch of Gangnam Social Co., Ltd., Ltd. (235-10, and 2, Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and received a loan of KRW 8 million from the victim's social Co., Ltd., and established a collateral security right in the future for the said vehicle.

On September 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sold the said vehicle to a person who was unable to obtain his/her name (hereinafter “C”) at the cost of Yangsan-si; and (b) concealed the said vehicle in a manner that makes it impossible to identify the location of the said vehicle; and (c) obstructed the victim’s exercise of rights.
