A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 23, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on August 23, 201 and a fine of KRW 6 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the same court on July 23, 2015.
