Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. 2. Around March 7, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 20:00 to 20:10 on March 7, 2020, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance for about 10 minutes, including: (b) when the Defendant c takes the drinking in the instant “D” restaurant operated by the Victim C from around 20:0 to around 20:10 on the same day by drinking alcohol, E and Si expenses; and (c) when the Defendant takes the entrance of the restaurant out of the restaurant, he was able to take the cafeteria’s hand and the door door, and (d) when the Defendant took the cafeteria’s gate out of the restaurant, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance for about 10 minutes.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
3. On May 4, 2020, the Defendant, from around 18:40 to 18:50 on May 4, 2020, sent alcoholic beverages inside the restaurant in the above “D” restaurant operated by the victim F from around 18:40 to around 18:50 on May 4, 2020, and sent the horses from the victim to the victim “Mama, Nara.” The Defendant expressed a bath to the customers who provide meals at the above places, including “maritha, Na..........................., the Defendant: (a) opened the restaurant entrance at a time of opening the entrance of the victim, and, for about 10 minutes, such as “har, spoptypile, maritha,” and taking a bath.
