Punishment of the crime

around 14:00 on May 14, 2014, the Defendant appeared and taken an oath at the court of Busan District Court No. 451, as a witness of the Defendant case, such as occupational embezzlement against C of the above court No. 2013 Godan9380.

In fact C had been employed as the president of the council of occupants' representatives in Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City D Apartment, and has embezzled approximately KRW 400,000 of the price received by disposing of the wastewater-based measurement device as high water after replacing the water measuring apparatus of 400 households of the above apartment around June 2009.

Nevertheless, in the court where the above case is being tried, the defendant asked that "the counsel replaced the water meter to 400 households of the D apartment house and used the proceeds disposed of the waste meter as the water for any purpose", and the defendant testified that "I used the water for any purpose," and the defense counsel asked that "I have called "I have called the door-to-door Council ceremony", and the defendant asked that "I have called the staff and the security guards' meeting ceremony", and the defense counsel testified that "I have attended the apartment management office's meeting ceremony as the disposal disposition for the waste meter," and the defendant testified that "I have known that I have referred to as "I have known that I have attended the apartment management office's meeting with the disposal disposition for the waste meter."

Accordingly, the defendant gave false testimony contrary to his memory and raised perjury.
