1. On March 20, 2015, the Defendant’s refusal to disclose information as to the information listed in the attached Table 1 List against the Plaintiff is subject to either (i).

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 15, 2014, the Plaintiff’s husband’s husband (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered C, a cooperative company of Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”). On April 26, 2014, Nonparty Company’s preceding books No. 2626, supra, died with a string line while doing sanding work at the sanding shop No. 2626.

나. 울산동부경찰서는 망인의 사망에 관해 내사를 진행한 후 2014. 5. 29. 망인의 사인을 정신과 치료 전력, 가정 불화, 경제적 문제 등으로 인한 자살(스스로 목맴사)로 결론 내리면서 내사종결처분을 하였다.

C. In the course of the inspection of the state administration in 2014, the Defendant decided to re-examine the deceased’s death, but concluded on March 25, 2015 that the deceased’s private person was not an accident but a suicide and disposed of the closing of internal investigation.

On February 27, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for the disclosure of information on the investigation data (including usb data; hereinafter “instant investigation data”) related to the deceased’s death, and the information listed in the attached list excluding “the Plaintiff’s statement” among the investigation data in the instant case. On March 20, 2015, the Defendant rendered a disposition rejecting the disclosure of information to the effect that “the instant investigation data shall not be disclosed to the public pursuant to Article 9(1)4 through 6 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”).” (hereinafter “instant disposition rejecting the disclosure of information”) to the effect that “the instant investigation data shall not be disclosed to the public pursuant to Article 9(1)4 through 6 of the Official Information Disclosure Act.”

E. On April 20, 2015, the Plaintiff filed an objection against the Defendant on April 20, 2015. On April 24, 2015, the Defendant rendered a decision-making process under Article 9(1)4 of the Information Disclosure Act with respect to the instant investigation data (where an investigation is being made public, the information that has considerable grounds for significantly obstructing the Plaintiff from performing his/her duties) and 9(1)5.
